It is almost here. This October 2026, Ocean Breeze Lofts opens its doors on Tamiami Trail in East Naples — a brand-new, luxury home for independent salon, spa and medical-aesthetics professionals. If you have been waiting for the right moment to own your space, this is it, and the founding suites are going now.
What is opening
A brand-new building and lobby with a sophisticated, move-in-ready interior. Private, light-filled suites — many with exterior windows — split into a salon side and a separate, soundproofed spa and med wing, so quiet work stays quiet. Individual climate control and dual electrical circuits in every suite, first-floor access with free parking right at the door, two free laundry rooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi, an onsite shower, a covered outdoor break area and 24-hour secure access. It is the building most suite professionals wish they had.
Who the founding suites are for
Stylists and colorists ready to keep their full ticket. Estheticians, lash and brow artists and massage therapists who need genuine quiet. Nail techs who want their own space and air. Injectors, laser techs and PMU artists who need real power and privacy. If you have a book and you are tired of handing over half of it, you are exactly who we built this for.
Why being first matters
Founding tenants get first choice of suite — the corner room, the window, the layout that fits your work — before anyone else. You open alongside the building itself, sharing in the launch buzz on one of Naples’ busiest corridors, a mile from the new JW Marriott. The best rooms go to the people who move first.
