Doors open this month. If you have reserved a suite, or you are still deciding, here is exactly what the first week looks like — no surprises.
Day one: keys and access
You get your suite key and 24-hour building access on move-in day. There is no waiting for a manager to unlock a door at 7 a.m. — your suite is yours, on your schedule, from the first morning.
Setup day
- Salon suites arrive furnished: styling station with full-length LED mirror, styling chair, backwash system and cabinetry with a dedicated chemical sink. Bring your tools and product; the heavy lifting is done.
- Spa and med suites come with sink, cabinetry and storage — bring your treatment table or equipment and you are operational the same day.
- Set your thermostat, pair your phone to the built-in speakers, and hang your signage.
Your first client
Most pros book a handful of loyal regulars for the first days rather than a full column. Give yourself room to learn the space — where the light falls, where you want product within reach — before you run at full speed. By week two you will have a rhythm.
What is already handled
Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry, common areas and client parking are included. Individual climate control means your room is set to your temperature, and the soundproofed walls keep your neighbor’s blow-dryer out of your facial.
Still deciding? A few founding suites remain — request current availability and we will walk you through the building.
